略论我国企业分配制度改革目标模式

On Reform of Distribution System in China's Enterprises

企业分配制度是现代企业制度的重要组成部分 ,从我国实际出发 ,适应社会主义市场经济和现代企业制度的要求 ,我国企业分配制度改革的目标模式为 :收入共享、市场调节、企业分配。

As one of the important Part of reform in enterprises, distribution system should accord to the development of socialist market economy. This paper argues that the model of reform should be to share the profit, to regulate to the market, to be distributed by the enterprise and controlled by the government.
