From the view of educational ontology, this paper observes and studies the argumentation on educational protozoology among the theories of animal instinctive, psychological imitation, labour and social intercourse on educational genesis in the history of educational thoughts, discussing the hypothesis of \!discovery, decoding and exploitation of mortal potential quality\' of the ontology of quality education and its creative function of renovating modern educational system.
