摘要
本文对从化市山区城镇中小学进行了包括教师对现职业的感受、评价和重新择业的意向为内容的调查研究，并据调查结果作出分析并提出对策。
This paper investigates the professional psychology of teachers working at primary and middle schools in towns in mountain areas in Conghua, including their appreciation and evaluation of their current profession and their intention to choose a new profession. Based on an analysis of the findings, the paper also offers some counter-measures. \ \
