摘要
本文介绍中国住宅产业的现状 ,论述中国住宅产业现代化的首要任务和加速实现中国住宅产业现代化的关键 。
The paper presents the current situation of housing industry in China and discusses the important task of housing industry modernization and the decisive factors in the task.It also puts forward some essential means to speed up the housing industry modernization and corresponding proposals for reforming construction enterprises.
