摘要
住区是城市的重要组成部分，可持续发展住区建设是城市实现可持续发展的出发点，本文论述了苏州市可持续发展住区建设的基本原则和可行技术。
Housing district is an important part of a city and the development of a house district is the base for the development of a city． This paper discusses the basic principles and the feasible technigues in the construction of housing district in Suzhou city．
