简要回顾日本学术情报中心的发展历程,论述以学术情报中心为主体建立起来的日本国立情报学研究所的成立原由、研究活动和管理体制,最后讨论国立情报学研究所的特点。
Summaries the development of National Center for Science Information Systems (NACSIS) in Japan, and discusses the research activities and features of the National Institute of Informatics(NII) founded on the basis of NACSIS.
