Development of Moral Education Software，and the On－line Moral Education

计算机网络在给人们的生活、学习带来极大便捷的同时，也使广大青少年学生面临被大量不良信息侵扰、毒害的危险境地。因此，教育工作者必须适应新形势的要求，建构新型的德育途径。本文在分析了当前开发德育软件的需求及机遇的基础上，提出了开发德育软件的原则和步骤。

While the Internet is providing convenience for our life and study， it also conveys harmful information to the youngsters． Therefore， educators should be adapted to the new situation and find out new ways of moral education． This article analyzes the need for the development of moral education software， and puts forward the principles and procedures of moral education software development．
