The Investigation of Seven-water Zinc Sulfate Produced from Smithsonite

研究了由菱锌矿生产七水硫酸锌的工艺方法 ,利用溶解度不同解决了除镁的难题 ,使七水硫酸锌的含量达到了出口标准(≥98 %) ,和用锌灰、锌渣等生产七水硫酸锌比较 。

This article deals with the technological process of making zinc sulfate from smithsonite.The problem of removing magnesium is solved by using different solubility,so the content of seven-water zinc sulfate reaches the standard of exportation(≥98 %).Compared with producing seven-water zinc sulfate by using zinc dust and zinc dregs,the cost of product is greatly decreased.
