摘要
本文从知识形成和知识扩散两个方面分析了BPR过程中的知识构成，研究了与BPR相关的五种类型的组织知识及其对BPR实施的影响，最后从专家小组的管理和核心能力两个方面探讨了BPR对组织知识库的影响。
In this paper the author analyses the knowledge components in the process of BRP, studies five types of organizational knowledge relevant to BRP and their impact on the implementing of BRP． Finally, the author discusses BRP＇s impact on organization knowledge base from the aspects of expert group management and core competence．
