摘要
本文定义了当地化科技的概念，指出了科技在中西部发展中的重要地位，尤其是强调了当地化科技在中西部发展中的重大作用。最后，本文提出了促进中西部当地化科技发展的方法。
This article defines the concept of technology localization and points out the important role of technology in mid－west development． It stresses the importance of technology localization in mid－west development and proposes some ways of promoting technology localization development in mid－west．
