摘要
我国产业风险投资体系目前存在着参与者角色与定位不明晰的问题。本文对此进行了分析和探讨，指出在发挥国有资本引导作用的同时，应实行投资主体多元化，努力发挥私人资本的重要作用，并大力培育机构投资者和战略投资者以促进长期资本的介入。与此同时，逐步建立和完善产业风险投资中介机构及其网络以降低信息成本和交易成本，提高产业风险投资体系的运作效率。
There exists ambiguous location problem in China′ s industrial venture investment system at present. This paper analyzes and discusses the related issue and points out that we should introduce multiple principal parts system to make full use of private capital, and foster long time horizon oriented institutional and strategic investors. Meanwhile, it should incrementally establish and perfect the intermediates and its networks to improve efficiency and effectiveness of industrial venture investment system.
