发展我国可持续城市道路交通的思考

Thoughts on Sustainable Development of China′ s Urban Traffic

具有快捷、舒适、灵活特性的小轿车在缩短空间距离、拓宽人们活动的天地、提高人们的生活质量方面具有不可低估的作用，但交通会导致增大能源消耗、加剧环境污染、降低交通效益、吞噬耕地等许多城市问题。从城市可持续发展的角度出发，我国城市道路交通应优先发展大型公共交通，对小轿车交通发展进行合理规划和限制，以避免发达国家城市曾经走过的发展道路交通的老路。

： With the features of rapidity,comfort and flexibility,car traffic is of utmost importance in shortening spaces, widening living room and improving living standards. However, traffic also has negative effects and brings many urban problems, like increasing energy consumption,aggravating environmental pollution， reducing traffic benefit and swallowing land and so on． According to sustainable development, urban traffic in China,learning experiences from western developed countries, should give priority to public traffic, and resonably regulates and limits car traffic.
