An Exploration of The Book of Changes, Weiqi and Management Thought

本文试从系统论角度对易经、围棋和管理三者的基本结构和思想作一初步分析，从三者的系统结构和基本指导思想两个方面指出其中共通之处，为管理思想发展提供借鉴。指出现代管理应从传统文化中汲取精髓之处。

A Primary analysis is made on the basic structures and idea s of The Bo ok of Changes, Weiqi and management from the point of systematology,and their co mmon points are pointed out from their system structures and fundamental guideli n es, providing lessons for the development of management thought, and thus statin g that modern management should draw quintessence from the traditional culture.
