针对HEC-CIMS项目,对哈尔滨电机有限责任公司(简称哈电机)适应大制造形势而构建的企业网络环境、解决影响企业效益的订单、交货期、成本、质量、生产组织等问题而采取的信息化措施及取得成果进行了综合介绍,提出了研究和讨论哈电机企业信息化的重要意义。

In this paper,the informatization measures taken to solve the order sheet,delivery period,cost,quality and the scheduling of production,which impact the profit level of the enterprise,and the cyber environment built by HEC to keep up with the massive production are reviewed with respect to HEC-CIMS ,and the significance to study and discuss the information system of HEC is given.
