指出并分析了在知识经济时代人力资源的重要性,时代急需大量高素质的人才是高等教育面临的紧迫的课题。而新技术的发展为现代化教育提供了坚实的基础,带来了生机和活力,广泛应用多媒体新技术是高等教育的当务之急。
Pointing out and analysing the importance of human resource in intellectual economy ,cultivat-ing a lot of talented persons for new era is the urgent subject which higher education must face.The de-velopment of new technology give a strong base to modern education,and bring vitality for it.Widely applying multimedia new technology is the urgent affair of higher education.
