本文以半球摇摆转子泵生产开发为对象 ,利用财务分析和风险决策分析给出了一个动态可行性分析方法 ,特别是对产销量关系给出了一个风险决策模型 ,对其开发提出了适度发展的产业化策略。

Based on the financial analysis and the risk policy-making analysis,a dynamic analytical method of feasibility is presented for the production of Semiglobe Swing Rotor Pump(SSRP).The discussion mainly focuses on the risk policy-making model of the relation of the output and sales volume.A moderate development industralization policy is presented for SSRP.This method is of real guiding significance to the business management.
