摘要 聚合物驱油是大庆油田高含水开发后期原油稳产的主要技术措施。注聚合物的目的是为了增加注入水的粘度。要达到较好的驱油效果,在聚合物溶液配注过程中就要注重对粘度损失的研究。大庆萨北油田3年多的聚合物驱油生产实践表明:聚合物溶液配制成分的质量和配注系统中的机械、化学和生物降解因素对溶液的粘度均有影响。通过对粘度损失规律的认识,有利于采取各种技术措施降低粘度损失,提高溶液配注质量,确保聚合物的驱油效果。 Polymer flooding is a key measure of crude stable production during the later stage of developing Daqing Oilfield with high water cut. The aim of polymer injection is to increase the viscosity of water injection and to achieve good oil displacement effect. The study of viscosity loss should be made in injection allocation process of polymer solution. The production practice of polymer finding at Daqing Sabei Oilfield in the past three years and more has been proved: the viscosity of solution is influenced by the quality of injection allocation composition for polymer solution and the factors of mechanical chemical and biodegradation in the injection allocation system. The viscosity loss can be decreased by using various techniques so as to improve the quality of injection allocation solution and to ensure oil displacement effect of polymer through recognizing on the law of viscosity loss.
