摘要
根据分隔式井下增压器整体结构设计原则 ,给出主要结构参数的数学表达式和计算方法 .由增压钻井液流量和隔膜对活塞速度的限制 ,计算了活塞的直径和长度 ,并确定了超高压泵活塞几何参数强度限定条件 ;根据爆破失效准则设计并计算了超高压泵缸体壁厚 ;设计了满足工作条件的隔膜腔结构 ,推导出了其结构参数的计算公式 .根据增压器环形隔膜腔与动力液缸容积关系 。
Mathematical expressions and methods to calculate main structure parameters of the converter are derived on the basis of the design principles of the converter. According to the flow rate of drilling fluid with superhigh pressure and the limit of the membranes set to the piston speed, the formula to calculate the diameter and length of the small piston is obtained and the conditions in which the size of the small pistons is restricted are given. The equation of the wall thickness of the superhigh pressure cylinder is derived from the bursting failure criterion. The calculating formula of membrane parameters is obtained from the working condition of membranes. Based on the volume relation between the annular membrane space and the large piston annular space, the inner diameters and wall thickness of the normal pressure cylinder are calculated.
