探索了节能建筑节能测试评价体系 ,提出了节能建筑的评价测试部位、参数及测试指标 .节能评价的指标为围护结构传热系数、热桥内表面结露与否、门窗的气密性等级、建筑的各朝向的窗墙面积比、建筑体型系数、建筑围护结构热惰性、建筑耗热量指标 .建筑耗热量指标是最主要的评价技术指标 .针对某住宅小区的节能建筑 ,提出了节能测试方案 。

We have probed into the testing and evaluating system of energy saving construction, put forward its parts to be tested, its parameters and its testing indexes, which include the heat conduction coefficients, the airtrghtness of doors and windows, the areal ration of windows to walls and the heat consumption indexes of construction. The heat consumption indexes refer to the main technical indexes of evaluation.
