摘要
基于合金化原理进行了多种阳极配方研究,经室内试验筛选,确定一种在辽河油田滩海海泥介质中具有较优电化学性能的铝阳极配方。以该配方制备的阳极用于现场试验,工作负电位平稳且电流效率比国标商用阳极高27%,电极表面溶解均匀,其产物在泥中不结壳,综合电化学性能明显优于国标商用阳极。
Several formulas of positive pole were done in accordance with alloying principle. A formula of aluminum positive pole was found which has quite good electric chemical performance in sea mud medium. In application o[ this positive pole in site test the working negative electric potential is stable and its efficiency is 27% higher than that of International standard commercial application. And its surface solution is even. Its product in mud does not form a shell. So its comprehensive electric chemical performance is definitely over the international commercial positive pole.
