摘要
利用工业实际料液对阳离子交换膜电解法脱除钨酸钠溶液中的游离碱的工艺进行了工业扩大试验 ,验证了小型试验中所得到的一般规律 ,并对膜电解运行方式进行了探讨 .实验结果表明 ,阳离子交换膜电解脱碱工艺在经济上是可行的、在工艺上是稳定可靠的 。
Pilot trial with industrial feed has been hold on free alkali recovery from sodium tungstate solution by electrolysis with ion-exchange membrane. The rules obtained from the laboratory experiment have been verified and various operation patterns have been discussed. The results show that the technology of free alkali recovery from sodium tungstate solution by electrolysis with ion-exchange membrane is economically feasible and technologically stable, which has a very fine prospect in industrial application.
