本文比较了几种甘油单硬脂酸 (GMS)产品在均聚无规与耐冲击共聚PP的注塑应用中作为抗静电剂和脱模剂的效果。抗静电以及脱模性与各助剂的迁移力有关。阐述了GMS产品 ,如蒸馏单甘油酯和单双甘油酯的功能特性。并在研究过程中 。
This paper compares the performance levels of selected GMS materials as antistat and mould release agents in homopolymer and random and impact copolymer PP injection moulding applications.The antistatic and mould release results are related to additive migration data.The purpose of this comparison is to demonstrate the functional properties of the GMS materials distilled monoglycerides and mono-diglycerides and enable them to be understood .During the course of investigation,knowledge was obtained which has led to the development of an improved antistatic agent for impact copolymer PP .The results and a comparison with conventional GMS antistatic recommendations are also included in this paper .
