摘要
用18 F F2 与Uracil的直接标记法合成了 5- 18F -Fluorouracil,探索18F -FU -PET显像对结肠直肠癌肝转移病人化疗前后疗效评价的意义。产品的放射化学纯 >95% ,放射性得率为 60 % ,pH值为 7,无菌性试验和热源试验均为阴性 ,这一结果为临床应用提供了保证。
F-Fluorouracil were successfully labeled and synthesized using direct labeling method by 18 F/F 2 and Uracil. It was used for evaluating 18 F-FU-PET imaging for the colorectal carcinoma patients with liver metastases before and after chemotherapy. The radiochemical purity was above 95%, the radiochemical yield was about 60%, pH value was about 7 and both sterility and apyrogenicity test showed negative result. All these results guarantee its potential clinical usage.
