摘要
本文研究抗衰延寿方对青、老年大鼠肝细胞核转录活性、染色质DNaseI消化敏感性及染色质化学组分的影响。结果证明:青年大鼠肝细胞核染色质DNaseI消化敏感性和肝细胞核非组蛋白染色体蛋白含量均明显的高于老年大鼠(P<0.01)。青年大鼠转录活性高于老年大鼠9.7%。服用抗衰延寿方后,青、老年大鼠肝细胞核转录活性、肝细胞核染色质DNasI消化敏感性均明显提高,而非组蛋白染色体蛋白含量无改变。
THe effects of KSYS compound on transcription activities,digestive sensitivity of chromatin DNase I and chromatin chemical components in liver nuclei both of young and old rats were studied in this experiment .The results showed that the digestive sensitivity of chromatin DNase I and the content of non-histone chromatin protein in liver nuclei of young rats were obviously higher than those of old ones(p<0.01).The transcription activities in young rat liver nuclei were 9.7% higher than those in old ones.The transcription activities and the digestive sensitivity of chromatin DNase I in liver nuclei of both young and old rats fed with KSYS compound were enhanced obviously,and the content of non-histone chromatin protein was not changed.
