摘要
就我国国情下不同性能的原材料对 RPC强度的影响进行了初步的探索 ,试验观察到要配制高强度的 RPC混凝土 ,宜优先采用 62 5号水泥、剔除了粗骨料的石英砂、经浓硫酸表面处理后的硅灰、32 5目石英粉以及 DSF-2型减水剂 .此外 ,还可掺入 1 3mm长的钢纤维来改善
The effects of different materials on the RPC strength are studied based on the available material in China.It is observed that 625 type ordinary Portland cement,quartz without great particle,silica fume its surface is treated by thick sulfuric acid solution,crushed quartz with mean particle size about 50 μm,and superplasticizer whose chemical constituent is melamine-formaldehyde resin are selected precedently to make up RPC.Moreover,the joining of steel fiber with the length of 13 mm in RPC is beneficial to the mechanics performance of RPC.
