摘要
根据铜离子与柠檬酸钠形成稳定配合物的原理，用甲基红作指示剂、氢氧化钠作滴定剂的酸碱滴定法测定了柠檬酸的含量。
In this paper, acid-base titrimetric method is provided with. It is based onthe principle that copper ion and sodium citrate compound stable copper citrate compound together. Methyl red is used as indicater and sodium hydroxide is used as titrant. This methodcan be used to determine the sodium citrate content accurately.
