摘要
对Dy2(Fe1-xGax)17化合物的磁性和Mssbauer效应进行了系统的研究.Ga对Fe的有序替代导致化合物的居里温度的变化,并且在Ga浓度x=0.2时有极大值.Mssbauer谱分析表明,化合物内禀性质的变化与Ga原子择优占据结构中12j,4f,6g晶位有关.
Intrinsic properties and Mossbauer effects of the compounds Dy 2(Fe 1- x Ga x ) 17 system were investigted.The substitution of Ga for Fe led to an vary of T c ,with a maximum at about x =0.2. Mossbauer analysis shows that the Ga atoms preferentially occupies the 12j 4f 6g sites in the Th 2Ni 17 structure.
