摘要
在１０～２５℃下，利用常规方法组建了武昌罗索线虫的特定年龄生命表，求出了武昌罗索线虫的存活曲线，表明其种群在实验条件下呈快速下降的趋势．影响其下降的主要的两个时期是孵化期和寄生前期（Ⅱ期幼虫期）；影响种群存活的最大因素为：性比、入侵失败与否、宿主死亡与否等．
Under the temperature of 19 to 25℃,the author constructed the age specific life table of experimental population of Romanomermis wuchangensis in conventional way.The survival curve of the nematode was plotted out based on the data of life table.The curve indicates that the experimental populaton decreases steeply.Hatching and the second larvae stages are the most crucial periods to influence the decrease.The factors which are of most importance to survival of experimental population are sex ratio,failure to ontry the host and death of the host.
