摘要
采用乙烯 -丙烯酸正丁酯 -一氧化碳共聚物 (En BACO)及马来酸酐接枝乙烯 -丙烯酸正丁酯 -一氧化碳共聚物 (En BACO- g- MAH)两种增容剂对聚氯乙烯 (PVC) /三元共聚尼龙 (NT)共混物进行增容 ,得到了一类新型的 PVC/NT共混物 .用 SEM、DMTA、DSC对共混物的形态结构、结晶情况进行了表征 ;对增容剂的增容机理和增容效果进行了探索与评价 .结果表明 :增容和未增容PVC/NT共混物都是典型的两相体系 ;PVC/NT质量比在 75/2 5~ 2 5/75的范围内 NT均为连续相 ;共混物中 En BACO比 En BACO- g- MAH对 PVC有更强的增塑作用 ;共混物有冷结晶现象 ,En BACO增容共混物中的 NT结晶能力比较弱 .
New blends of polyvinyl chloride (PVC)/nylon terpolymer (NT) compatibilized by two compatibilizers, EnBACO and EnBACO-g-MAH, were developed. The morphologies and properties were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The observation of SEM reveals that the PVC/NT blends have two-phase structure and NT phase is continuous phase while PVC/NT ratio varies from 72/25 to 25/75. EnBACO and EnBACO-g-MAH have some effects on the glass transition of PVC and cold crystallization of NT in PVC/NT blends. The effects of compatibilizers on the properties and structures and the mechanism of compatibilizing effects were also investigated.
