摘要 针对铵盐循环法存在镁的浸出效果不理想和废渣量比较多的问题 ,提出了以硫酸铵溶液和硫酸两次浸取方法制备氧化镁的新工艺 .以轻烧镁为原料 ,对溶浸和 Mg2 +碳化过程中的主要影响因素 ,如物料粒径、溶浸时间、碳化温度以及配料组成进行了研究 .该工艺总的镁溶浸率和原料利用率分别达到 95%和 88% ,废渣排放量少 .所制的产品 Mg O含量在 98%以上 ,质量达到了国家优级品标准 .由于产生的酸性废渣和碱性工艺洗涤废水可以互相中和 。 Aimed at that the ammonium recycle processes of MgO manufacture was not sufficient in magnesium oxide dissolution and produced a large number of waste residue, an improvement on the processes by two steps of dissolution in ammonium sulphate solution and sulphuric acid respectively was presented. Based on light burned magnesia as raw material, factors that influence dissolution and Mg2+ carbonation, such as particle size, dissolution time, carbonation temperature, and compositions, et al, were studied. The total ratio of magnesia dissolution and utilization ratio of raw material are up to 95% and 88%, and the waste residue is greatly reduced. The quality of the product with high purity (MgO>98%) comes up to a high grade in the national standard. As the waste residue, which is acid-deficient, can be neutralized with alkalescent washing water of the process, the process discharge would meet the environmental requirement.
