Forehand attack is a non habitual action in table tennis playing.it is the most important skill of quick attack players and the key of table tennis teaching to the students majoring in higher physical education.To have a good command of forehand attack in very short time is an important subject in table tennis teaching and coaching.Compared with different results of teaching and coaching experiments,it is proved that the alternate teaching and coaching method combined with external factors in practice can help the students form the dynamic finalization,that the teaching and coaching method is very effective and can be used in table tennis theoretical teaching and practical coaching.
