短跑训练是一项复杂的“工程” ,其主要过程是 :选材、资料收集、碗定成绩指标、制定训练计划、计划实施和比赛 .主要根据短跑运动项目的生理学基础试从训练规律、速度训练、心理训练。
Dash training is a complicated “project”, and its main processes are:material choosing,data collecting,target setting,training plan making,plan implementing and match organizing.This artical probes into the training for dash, concerning such aspects as training rules,speed training,mental training,training before matches according to the physiology of short distance runners.
