摘要
本文用碳纤维制成光透电极 ,用电化学与紫外光谱联用技术研究了多巴胺在碳纤维电极上的电氧化 ,测定了式电位和反应的电子转移数 ,并求得了多巴胺的标准电极反应速率常数 .由其紫外吸收的红移现象证明多巴胺在电极上氧化的初级产物是醌式结构 .本文同时发现了其氧化产物的后继反应 ,用单电位阶跃计时吸收法测定了后继反应的速率常数 。
An optical transparent carbon fiber electrode was prepared to investigate electrooxidation of dopamine by using spectroelectrochemical techniques. The formal potential (E 0), the number of transferred electrons (n) and the rate constant (K) were measured. According to the red shift of ultraviolet absorption spectrum, it was confirmed that the primary product of electrooxidation of dopamine was quinone, and also found that the quinone took part in a subsequent chemical reaction. The kinetics of the chemical reaction was studied using the single step chronoabsorbmetry, and a possible mechanism was suggested.
