框剪框支结构选型若干问题的探讨

Analysis of Some Problems of Structural Selection of the Dongxiao Plaza in Guangzhou

对广州市东晓新村进行了两种框支剪力墙结构方案的分析论证：在不变更原桩位与柱网，实现墙、柱不突出墙面及核心筒内墙体重新布置的可行性；采用方案二实现标准层平面间隔灵活布置的可行性．最后，从技术的角度论证了两种方案，并与原框剪方案进行了比较．

In this paper,the general situation about the Dongxiao Plaza in Guangzhou is introduced.Two kinds of frame sustain shearwall structural scheme have been analyzed and demonstrated:the practicability for the realization of the shearwall and column not projecting from the wall surface and of new layout of the internal wall of the core tube;and the practicability for the adoption of the second scheme to realize free layout of partition in horizontal plane.Finally,two schemes are demonstrated from the technical viewpoint,and the economic comparison with the original scheme is given.
