A micro-computer software package of economic activity analysis system for computer firm and industry has been developed by the authors.Tbis paper presents the philosophy of its design and the steps toward the realization of our objectives.Based on the information flow model of modern business management,the top-down approach is adopted to resolve the various economic activities and information needed on every managerial levels.The functional structure diagrams of the software system and the auxiliary decision-making information model are explained in detail.At the end of this Paper,the operational nature of the system is briefly described.
