摘要 介绍了现有数控机床几何误差参数辨识的基本原理及辨识方法;对各种几何误差参数辨识方法进行了比较分析,提出了新的数控机床几何误差参数辨识方法;并进行了详细的理论分析和相关的实验验证. The fundamental and the method of identifying the error parameters and measuring the errorsof the NC machine tools has been introduced in this paper. On the basics of the study work in and abroad focuson the problem in the field, some valuable and creative research work has been done in this paper. A newmethod of identifying the geometric error parameters is developed in this paper. According to the error measuring method proposed by this paper, a lot of measurement work has been done to obtain twenty-one terms geometric error parameters by using the error identification software of the new method.
