柴油机惯性参数测试方法的研究

摘要 柴油机的质心位置、转动惯量和惯性积是研究其动态特性的重要物理参数,为了确定柴油机关于其质心的转动惯量和惯性积,采用称量法测试柴油机质心位置和三线担摆法测试柴油机转动惯量和惯性积,提出了测试原理和有关计算公式,并用于测试某中型柴油机质心位置、转动惯量和惯性积,取得了满意的效果. The mass center position. moment and product of inertia are key factor for analyzing dynamiccharacteristics of a diesel engine. Because the shape of a diesel engine is complex, it is difficult to determineits moment and product of inertia. For determining moment and product of inertia about the mass center of adiesel engine, the balance method to test the mass center position and the three-line torsional method to test themoment and product of inertia are used. The formula for interpreting the testing data of the mass center positionand moment and product of inertia are set up. The methods are used to test the mass center position (momentand product of inertia for a middle-sized diesel engine. The good results are obtained.
