摘要
给出的自行走式上料机械手液压系统,是针对特殊情况设计的,对系统压力、流量计算和油箱结构设计以及系统控制方法进行了研究,提出了成本低廉的组合差动缸的设计方案,解决了实际问题.
The hydraulic system of a self-propelled feeding manipulator, designed in view of the specialsituation, is presented. This paper researches on the calculation of pressure and flow of the system, the designof the tank structure and the control method of the system. We present the design scheme of a cheap combineddifferential hydro-cylinder, and solve the problem that the feeding manipulator was limited by the space layoutof the former equipment.
