摘要
对管材无模镦粗变形速度场及壁厚变化规律进行了理论研究.分析了管材无模镦粗的变形模型、速度场以及壁厚变化的影响因素及影响规律,采用上限法确定了管材无楼镦粗速度场及壁厚变化物理模型,为管材无模镦粗工艺工业化应用奠定基础.
In this paper, velocity field and variation of wall thickness are studiedtheoretically during tube dieless upsetting. It has been put forward that the variation of wallthickness is in directly proportional to outer-diameter, inter-diameter, and Rs. (Rs issectional increase ratio of tube). It has been found that the theoretical calculating results ofwall thickness during tube dieless upsetting are very approximate to that of experiment.
