玉米淀粉加工中用锤式粉碎机粗破碎的试验研究

Experimental Research on Utilization of Hammer Crusher in Corn Kibbling for Starch Processing

本文用锤片式粉碎机对浸泡处理后的玉米进行粗破碎试验。以胚芽分离率和完整率作为指标,对试验数据进行了回归分析。找出了影响胚芽分离率和完整率的主要因素。并以这些因素作为自变量,分别对单指标和加权综合指标进行优化。其结果可在中小型淀粉厂加工玉米时应用。

In this paper, experiments on the utilization of hammer crusher in soaked corn kibbling were made. Regarded the seperating and breaking rates of the corn plumules as parameters, the experimentad data were regressirely analyzed. The main factors affecting the two rates mentioned previously were found. Futhermore, taken these factors for independent variables, two single and a weighted comprehesion targets were optimized. The optimum parameters can be directly applied in the processing of corn staroh.
