摘要
本文对含磷蠕墨铸铁闸瓦的摩擦系数与耐磨性进行了系统的研究。试验证明,含磷1.0~1.3%的蠕墨铸铁闸瓦,其摩擦系数与2.0~2.5%的高磷灰铸铁闸瓦相当,而远高于含磷0.7~1.0%的中磷灰铸铁闸瓦。实际装车运行试验表明,含磷蠕铁闸瓦的耐磨性比上述高磷灰铸铁闸瓦的高。
The friction coefficient and wear resistance of compacted graphite cast iron brake shoes with phosphorous are systematically investigated in this paper. The experimental results show that the friction coefficient of the brake shoes containing phosphorous 1.0~1.3% is in agreement with that of grey iron brake shoes containing phosphorous 2.0~2.5%, more than that of medium phosphorous (0.7~1.0%) grey iron. By mounting on the freight car, the wear resistance of compacted graphite cast iron brake shoes with phosphorous is the best in three kinds of brake shoes.
