摘要
为了保持国产电火花线切割机床效率高的优点 ,并使企业在投资少的情况下就能较明显地提高加工精度 ,作者首先通过机床结构分析和激振实验 ,找出了影响该类机床加工精度低的主要原因———结构不合理 ,动刚度低 .在此基础上 ,提出几种可行的改进措施 .文中通过T8钢的加工试验 。
In generally,the machine precision is not very high for the high speed wire EDM machine tools made in Chinese.In this paper,the test of simulative vibration and the analysis of the machine tools structure have been performed.The main reasons which affect the machine precision are:the structure of the machine tools is irrational;the dynamics stiffness is not enough.The improve way has been delighted also.
