摘要
用溶剂取代干燥法制备了粒径为 2 0~ 40nm的纳米晶硼酸钐粒子 ,并用TEM及XRD对该产物进行了表征。用四球机及环块摩擦磨损试验机测定了纳米硼酸钐作润滑油添加剂的摩擦学性能。研究发现 :纳米硼酸钐的加入 ,能有效提高 5 0 0SN基础的抗磨减摩性能及承载能力 ,且纳米硼酸钐的加入量有一最佳值 ,超过此量 ,含纳米粒子的润滑油摩擦学性能下降 ;纳米硼酸钐的摩擦学作用机理是在摩擦表面形成沉积膜和渗透膜 ,沉积膜和渗透膜的共同作用使润滑油的摩擦学性能提高。
Nanometer crystal samarium borate particles are prepared by using solvent-replacing drying method and characterized by using XRD and TEM. The tribological properties of 500SN oil with nanometer samarium borate as lubricity additive are measured by means of four-ball and block-on-ring friction-and-wear testers. Results show that the wear resistance and load-carrying capacity of the oil rise and its friction coefficient decreases and that excessive nanometer samarium borate additive is disadvantageous to the tribological performance of the lubricating oil. The mechanism of the tribological effects of nanometer samarium borate lies in the formation of deposited film and permeable membrane, the co-effect of which improves the tribological performance of lubricant oil.
