摘要
矿产资源是人类赖以生存、建设和发展的重要物质基础．矿产资源的开发利用对人类社会的进步、发展起到了巨大的作用，同时也不可避免地对环境造成各种破坏性的影响．面向２１世纪的持续发展，人类对矿产资源开发利用的深度和广度必将提出更高的要求．只有科学合理地开发利用，努力降低环境代价，使资源、环境和经济协调发展，才能纳入２１世纪社会、经济持续发展的轨道．
Mineral resources is the very important substance of mankind to live,construct and develop.The exploitation and utilization of mineral resources extremely promote the advancement and development of society. At the same time,it unavoidably destroied the environment.To face the sustainable development of the 21st century,it must be in great request about the mineral resources exploitation and utilization.Only to exploit and utilize the mineral resources reasonably and scientificly,reach the coordination of resources,environment and economy,man can march in the society and economy of the 21 st.century.
