摘要
滚研机是小直径工件外圆表面研磨加工设备之一,该机导轮表面形状直接影响加工精度。本文从理论上阐述了目前采用的圆锥面不能保证加工精度的原因,提出了用双曲面代替圆锥面的理论根据,并简要分析了其可行性。
The roll lapping machine is one of the equipments processing the excircle surface of minor diameter workpiece by lapping. The working accuracy is affected directly by the guide wheel of this machine. The paper points out a reason for current conical shape guide wheel not pleging the working accuracy, and raises the theoretical ground of replacing the taper surface guide wheel by the heperboloid surface guide wheel, and analyses briefly the practicability.
