摘要
本文首次对多自由度凸轮机构,在不改变现有凸轮廓线及其精度基础上,通过更换复位弹簧,改变从动件尺寸、形状,实现从动件动态特性的改善。并以国产JG75—60高速精密压力机控制前钼的凸轮机构为例,对其从动件尺寸、形状,复位弹簧刚度进行了重新设计,计算结果显示其动态特性比以前明显地改善。
This paper presents a method to improve the dynamic function of the cam system by changing the dimension or the shape of followers and changing the retaining spring of the cam system, while the profile and the precision of the cam unimproved. The author taring the controlling cam system of the front tongs of JG75—60 pressure machine of high speed and precision as an example, and redesigning the fellower dimension and the retaining spring, stiffness, The calculating results show that the dynamic function of the cam system improved distinctly.
