本文综述了稀土元素在国内外表面处理技术中的研究及应用情况。稀土元素在化学热处理、喷涂、喷焊、电沉积、激光表面改性等方面,显示着神奇的功能。稀土的加入,使各种表面处理技术的工艺性能均得到提高,同时,使表层金属组织发生变化,起到微合金化作用,因而使用性能诸如耐磨、耐蚀、抗氧化、抗疲劳及抗回火脆性等方面均得到提高。通过稀土表面处理的零部件,有很多已应用于生产,取得了很大的经济效益。还有很多方面正处于研究阶段,以待进一步完善。
