摘要
设计了一个能为飞机结构件自动生成、选择和评价装配顺序的基于知识规则的割集算法。该算法目的是为了建立一个新的装配关系和装配工艺表示模型 ,并且对于给定装配体 ,割集算法可生成详细可行的子装配体组 ,最终生成所有可行装配顺序。为得到最佳的装配顺序 ,算法采用定量标准 (如装配时间和费用、工夹具数目等 )选择装配顺序。所提出的算法在 CATIA设计平台上实现 ,并给出某型号飞机垂尾实例 。
A automatic planning of assembly sequence as a key technique in computer aided assembly planning for aircraft structural components was studied. The product assembly model was defined, that changes product structural tree to assembly connection graph based on the geometrical and technological constraints of the components. The cut-set algorithm was used to generate assembly sequence - sub-cut-set, and the feasibility of sub-assembly should be checked. The comprehensive evaluation and choice for the product assembly sequence was also presented. As an example, the assembly sequence for the vertical tail was demonstrated on CAD/CAM platform.
