动力密封接触表面粗糙效应的有限元分析——动态接触有限元模拟

摘要 利用大型有限元软件 MARC/ MENTAT32 0研究了动态接触条件下 ,表面粗糙效应对动力密封摩擦副接触性态的影响 ,揭示了动态接触条件下若干表面粗糙形貌参数对密封系统工作性能的影响 。 Based on previous paper on static contact FEM analysis published by Chen G.D., the numerical simulation of a dynamic contact process between hard counterpart and sealing lip in a sealing system was performed, in which the materials of the sealing lip is PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) filled with carbon compound pellets. It is found that there are some mechanical phenomena such as the deformation sluggishness of sealing material and the shock feature of contact stress in dynamic contact process of the sealing components. The effects of surface roughness on these mechanical phenomena were analyzed. It is shown that when the roughness of contact surface for the hard counterpart is less, the deformation sluggishness and contact shock stress can be reduced, which are beneficial to improving contact properties of the sealing system.
