青干河大桥钢管拱吊装后锚碇致裂研究

Study on Anchorage BIock Crack Treatment of Steal Tubular Arch of Qinggan River Bridge

摘要 秭归青干河大桥钢管拱杵架节段吊装采用缆索吊机斜拉扣挂悬臂拼装施工,吊装至第十节段时,曾发生后锚碇砼开裂施工事故,通过对致裂问题探讨并采取施加恒定预顶力,同时辅以压重和过载等处理方法,顺利将钢管拱安装至合拢。实践表明,该处理方法较为成功,值得探讨与借鉴。 The steel tubular arch truss articulations of Qinggan River bridge were fastened and connected by cableway crane with cable-stayed cantilever. But crack appeared on hind anchorage block when the tenth articulation was suspending. Based on the study of the cause, some treatment means such as pre-stressing steady upward force, weighting and pressing with superim- posed load were taken, the steel tubular arch was at last connected successfully. It proves that the treatment means are available and worth studying.
